Shipping & Returns

Orders to Australia

For icons valued over A$1,000, Australian customs requires an import declaration and charges 10% GST, paid by the buyer before delivery. We'll help along the way if any information is required at customs.

Handmade work

Each icon is painted entirely by hand using traditional methods and natural materials. Small variations in the surface, gilding and colour are a natural part of the work, not faults.

Returns

If your icon arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to put it right.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Australian Consumer Law.
